What DirecTV did:
In 2021 I changed my Direct TV Satalite service to Direct TV Stream. The customer service lady set it up and said she would close out the billing for the Satalite account. She never closed out the account and then sent to collections. I called many times and many months to resolve and was promised it was taken care of. As of 7 September 2022 my credit was hit with a derogatory collections from Credit Resource Management. I spent 7 hours trying to get to Direct tv loyalty and was continually disconnected, sent to wrong departments until 7:34 pm.
I just completed my 4th brain surgery from covid 19 Artery blocked in the brain. This stress is killing me while I’m on bed rest from 16 August 2022 Shunt service.
