What DirecTV did:
In 2021 I changed my Direct TV Satalite service to Direct TV Stream. The customer service lady set it up and said she would close out the billing for the Satalite account. She never closed out the account and then sent to collections. I called many times and many months to resolve and was promised it was taken care of. As of 7 September 2022 my credit was hit with a derogatory collections from Credit Resource Management. I spent 7 hours trying to get to Direct tv loyalty and was continually disconnected, sent to wrong departments until 7:34 pm.

I just completed my 4th brain surgery from covid 19 Artery blocked in the brain. This stress is killing me while I’m on bed rest from 16 August 2022 Shunt service.

What DirecTV did:
Paid $139, my normal bill. Ten days later received bill for $204. Spent three days off work trying to resolve, but getting nowhere with “customer service”. Finally told someone I didn’t want to pay that much, give me the lowest package and I’ll finish out the rest of my contract.
They rewrote me for another two year contract, that I never signed, and turned me off the next day. Charged me $66 a month service I never got.
Now I’m getting harassing emails from ATT CCollections, still disconnected and they are still charging me.

Cancel my service.
Cancel any contractual monies owed due to breaking a contract.
This company has caused me to lose work time to resolve their slimy practices. I am willing to pay the $204 (grudgingly, since they cheated me), but that is it. We are done.
