What DirecTV did:
They added movies package that was “free” for 30 days. When they called I asked that they not do that as I would forget to drop them when the promotion was over. They still did it. I was even hung up on when I said it is illegal to change my contract without my consent. I just got off the phone with direct tv billing and was told this is happening a lot. On every recording I said NO to the ads on’s.

Time and effort on a Saturday to get my bill fixed. It is illegal to change a contract without consent from both parties
