Coinbase Claim for Compensation

What Coinbase did:
I’ve been using my coinbase card for about a year now. I made a deposit of $2,500 into my account on 9/3/2022. The first grand cleared instantly, the other $1,500 was to clear about 6 days later. This is normal and I have gone through this several times since I’ve had the card. However, this time I did not get my money. The clear date was 9/9/2022. I got an email saying my account has increased by $2,500, which isn’t even the right amount ($1,500), but none of the money actually went into my account. I have wasted countless hours on the phone with them all for nothing. They escalated the case to the “experts” and this morning I learned the case was closed. Evidently they see no error. I have email confirmations and screenshots of everything. This is the second issue I’ve had with the debit card. The first one I lost $317 in December of last year, but I made so much in crypto back rewards that I just decided to eat it and not fight back. This one is too much.

At this point I am seeking $5,000 for lost time and damages.
