Total Wireless Bad Customer Support

What Total Wireless did:
My phone will not receive texts from Total wireless and I’m trying to get my TPN. We have tried an alternate number. We have received the verification code and on 4 different occasions over a 2 day time frame have been issued TPN’s that we have yet to receive. I need help.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

I’d like compensation for having to go thru this with the worst customer service rep’s with nasty attitudes when you are trying to explain the issue and what steps you have taken prior.
