Santander Consumer USA Complaint

What Santander Consumer USA did:
I had an auto loan during the pandemic they offered no assistance even charging me late fees after contacting them numerous times for assistance. They offered none and than took my vehicle. They told me I had about one week to come up with the funds still with no assistance. I made over 6000 dollars in payments on a 17,000 dollar car. They sold the vehicle and sent me a check for 100 dollars. That was disrespectful even I made my payments throughout the pandemic until I was unemployed
