What Airbnb did:
I’ve booked a property in January 2022 for dates 9/14 – 9/23. I needed to accommodate the guests for my wedding who came from abroad. Upon checking in I found this place in awful condition (garbage, bad smell, uncleanliness, damages and other). When I realized that I just cannot put our guests there I had to seek for another hotel. Unfortunately, the host refuses to refund me.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
