Barclays Bad Customer Support
What Barclays did:
Some other customer, “Tammy *****”, has a Old Navy Navyest Rewards credit card, and has given them my email for the account. The account is in bad standing and I receive as many as 3 emails per week, addressed to Tammy *****. I have called Barclays and have requested that my email be removed from her account, and they will not do it. They are negligent in letting people put an email on an account without verifying the email address. They should be forced to remove my email address from the other person’s account.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Remove my email from another customer’s account.
