Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
My ABB account was permanently banned in Feb ‘21 after as a 9 year Superhost , I rented a ONE NIGHT rental that I was “bait&switched” on. After contacting ABB and reporting this they refused to refund me even though they AGREED that I was bait&switched which then turned into them unfairly banning me from the platform for no reason other than me fighting for my rights to be refunded.They even went so far as to tell me that they would “talk” to the host about their incorrect location and photos of the rental and then banned me for speaking up and fighting for my right to be refunded. I am seeing reinstatement of my account as I was a superhost and this was my main source of income and I’ve lost thousands as a result.

I’m seeking 10’s of thousands in lost income which I’m happy to give you a 20% of and reinstatement of my Airbnb Hosting account.
