What Sprint did:
I was instructed byba t mobile employee that a file was listed under my account that stated hate speech mandatory all chats re case action additional notes attached. He was very suspicious and asked both his District and regional manager about this. They had never seen anything like this in their 20 years of working at sprint/t mobile ( they are still in process of merger) i was also told by them that the call was inbound to my phone by my son’s number which is impossible he was at football camp. I have called sprint 8 times with bo explanation they continue to day they will call me back and do not. Date of occurrence 8/24/22
The current file is named case action hate speech I believe they are hiding information from me because they have been sued so many times for unethical conduct. I would like to sttach a screen shot of the hate speech so that someone may look at it and give me more insite. Do you have an email?
