What Bank of America did:
My issue with Bank of america they currently allow all these transactions to be taken out of my account to where my account goes negative. Then i am charged and over draft fee. I call on a daily basis and i feel there workers just give you answers just to get you off the phone. Not all of there customer service representatives are like that but a good majority of them you can tell they just dont care. Getting a hold of them on a daily is really upsetting espcially when its regarding and issue
