What Chime Bank did:
CHIME has continued to deny my claim for a refund NOT RECEIVED. MULTIPLE SUPERVISORS HAVE ESCALATD THE CASE ALL SAYING THAT THE EVIDENCE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH AS IT CLEARLY STATES THAT THE MERCHANT REFUNDED THE TRANSACTION. IT HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS SINCE THIS DISPUTE WAS FILED
