What Citibank did:
They did not refund me after I spent an entire summer (2022) in the phone with them faxing police report numbers and dispute related material of an erroneous zelle transfer of $700 to someone I did not know or recognize , who also wasn’t rendering any local services of renting a room in Irvine California and was also completely fraudulent and illegitimately conned it’s victims into thinking she/he was affiliated with UC Irvine
