What Credit One did:
According to 15usc6802 of the fair credit reporting act it states that financial institutions have to give you a disclosure of your rights as a consumer and how to exercise them and it also says that the financial institution must provide me with the option to opt out of having my information reported to third parties, credit one never provided me with either notice and that’s a violation under the FCRA. 15usc1681n of the FCRA says I’m entitled up to $1000 per violation of the FCRA.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
