Rent-A-Center Complaint

What Rent-A-Center did:
I entered a contract with an arbitration agreement with rent a center. I purchased a mattress and box springs from them and it ended up having bed bugs. I had to hire orkin to come inspect then treat my home. I had to seek medical attention due to having bites from the insects. They denied my claim with all supporting documentation proving my claim to be their responsibility.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
