What Lyft did:
Lyft continually breaks scheduled ride agreements.
Systemically lyft will send you a ride to keep yoy busy or out of range to ensure you do not get your agreed upon ride.
This results in an immediate loss of income and also impacts the balance of the day, as you are no longer going where was planned.
Additionally the rides they give to ensure loss of the scheduled ride are given despite a “Destination Filter” being applied to limit rides offered to you that will take you away from the target ride.
So it not only is acting in bad faith but negligent or incompetent programing, and outright lies about capabilities, processes, and proceedures.
They should pay for the full agreed fee when they break the agreement in bad faith.
