What Chime Bank did:
I sent money to the wrong person by accident and when I tried to stop payment Chime told me that I couldn’t stop or reverse the transaction. That person tried to reverse it and was unable to both of us spent all weekend trying to get the transaction reverse and Chime closed the case saying that they found no wrong doing and refuses to refund or reverse my transaction for 200 dollars.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
