Mediacom Overcharged Me / Hidden Fees
What Mediacom did:
Poor technical service. Being advised differently from one CS rep to another about date of service. Being hung up on several times while waiting for customer service advise. Been a customer since 2006. Absolutely done with Mediacom for same horrible serice. Cancelled and now having problems getting service to pick up their equipment. Scheduled pick up and took time off to be here. No show. Called again for customer service to advise. Still waiting for customer service call to advise. Been hung up or lost connection three times again. I want to throw their damb equipment into the garbage!! Worst horrible company in the world to deal with. Poor quality high cost infuritating terrible customer support….all the way.
