Citibank Won’t Let Me Cancel
What Citibank did:
All I wanted to do was change my phone number online. I got locked out of my account. It took 2 hours of being on the phone afterwhich, they sent me a letter with a code to get back into my account. I called them back with the code on the letter a week later, and I still could not access the contact info on my account. I spent 90 minutes and was transferred to 9 agents, none of whom could help me. I told them I wanted to cancel my card and they promised they would fix the problem, but they never did. All I need is to have access to my own information. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like to be paid for my time honestly. I want my account fixed or I simply want to cancel my account.
