What Chime Bank did:
I disputed fraudulent and unauthorized charges and had my police report to support cars and I get an email from trying saying that my dispute are denied and that the one provisional credit they gave me will be reverse for my account how if you did your job right and really didn’t investigation you’ll see that I was the one who made them charges I reported my things getting stolen I I made a police report I don’t know what else they want me to do that should show right there that I’m serious about this investigation I need my money I am a low income mom of four kids and I need my money back like that’s not fair to me at all that they would deny it after and I have supporting documents like I’m a victim of Friday and identity theft and I wish they do they ******* job and pay me my money
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Do a real investigation on the charges are disputed and refund you my money that was taken for me I am a victim of identity theft and fraud and I have my police report and I sent it to them as well do the right thing like do your job and investigate that **** and you’ll see that these purchases was in mind
