What USCB Corp did:
USCB refuses to pay the remedy I am entitled under 15 USC 1692k. I filed a CFPB complaint (contained a cease and desist letter, notice of dispute, an affidavit of truth, exhibits and an invoice for violations of the FDCPA) about there debt collection practices and they stated that they deleted the account. Because deletion is an admission of guilt, I am entitled to remedy for which USCB is giving me the run around when I call and ask about it
