What Airbnb did:
Airbnb owed me money for reimbursement of new queen mattress and sofa that guest caused the damaged by guest’s pet. The sofa was ripped leather and not able to repair. Also, the dog or guest pee and ******* on mattress and mattress cover as well. I requested $16,934.55, but Airbnb gave me $537.99 only. Remaining balance is $16,396.56. This was incident on Jan 6th, 2021.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
