What CenturyLink did:
I had called to cancel our landline, and was told it would drop our charge to 35.00 a month, a service man took it upon himself to cancel our order and turn off our wifi causing me to miss work, and not be able to use my laptop and iPad for work for 5 days. Every time we called we got the runaround causing migraines and high blood pressure, esp after we received a bill now for 456.66
