Chime Bank Complaint

What Chime Bank did:
I had both of my Chime cards stolen. However… I am not sure on what date. My account was withdrawn by $260 at an ATM. I did NOT withdrawal $260 at any ATM. I got a notice that Chime denied my claim. I am so upset, because part of the $260 was my rent money. How do I send this to you?

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

A refund of my $260.
