Equifax Complaint

What Equifax did:
Equifax has broking the law again the same account has been put back on my credit profile NAVY FEDERAL (LATE PAYMENT). I filed a complaint on 7/15/2022 and Equifax removed the account now they put it back for some reason. the complaint number is 220715-9061489.They continue to violate the FCRA . Pursuant to 18 usc 8 I own no debt. Equifax violated my consumer right to privacy pursuant to 15 usc 1681b2 Equifax has no permission to report ANYTHING using my information pursuant to 15 usc 1681A. The accounts in question is NAVY FEDERAL (LATE PAYMENT) Me being the Consumer my rights have been violated and I want that late payment removed immediately.
