What Citibank did:
I have a Home Depot Credit Card which seldom was used. Å $50 charge appeared and so I tried to find out what the charge was. I visited the store…they could not tell me. I called repeatedly and could speak to no one.
Finally I paid the $50 …only to be told I now owed $100….all of this within two days of the actual due date.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
