Cox Bad Customer Support
What Cox did:
1gigabyte internet i’m paying 170 a month for that constantly loses packets and randomly disconnects
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Discount and or fix the node issue they’re WELL aware of that is soaking up bandwitch. I’m constantly dropping packets and losing connection randomly, its a scam to charge this much because they’re the only ones in our neighborhood to offer “1 gig” or so they call it 1gig.
The techs and support keep saying the same useless crap, reboot your modem it must be the equipment BLAH BLAH BLAH.
Two of us work from home and we have a kid who goes to school online at home and we cannot stay connected.
