Brinks Home Security Complaint

What Brinks Home Security did:
Tried to cancel the account in May 2022 because I moving to a new house 45 miles away on my old house.
I bought my brinks security equipment thru CC.
I was advise I can cancel my subscriptions if I pay my equipment in full.
Im being threatenten to be put in collection agency.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
