What Chime Bank did:
I’ve had my account compromised and chime is not doing nothing about. Even had my card stolen and $500.00 was taken from my account and chime is doing nothing. I’ve a new sent out to me and someone has hacked into my account again. I’ve sent information that I needed to provide to ensure that I am who I am of the chime account holder. Still yet nothing has been done. This is serious cause I used chime to pay all my bills even my direct deposit is thru chime. I need answers and my $500.00 PLEASE.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
