What Chime Bank did:
I had fraud on my account the end of June gave them the police report and investigating officers name and number they advised they have 90 DAYS and my money would be refunded by Aug 23 they yet to reach out to me and when I call they tell me no info regarding my claim saying they don’t have access to it. They will not allow me to speak to a manager super unfair I was robbed all I’m asking for is what I earned and was taken from me
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
