Citibank Complaint

What Citibank did:
I signed up for a citibank bonus account. They closed my account without warning prior to receiving the bonus stating it was in the fraud department. They are withholding 240k from me and will give me zero information regarding my account or even a bank statement. I had to cancel a home I was under contract to buy. They told me wait 30-60 days to receive a check in the mail to an address I no longer live at for my remaining funds. They would not say how much or where the check would be mailed to.
