Consumer Cellular Bad Customer Support
What Consumer Cellular did:
I purchased a rather pricy phone from Consumer Cellular on Friday, October 21, 2022. I had a very rude, verbally abusive customer service rep. I thought for the money I’m spending on this phone, I should at least have someone who is polite and helpful to take my order. I don’t know this creep’s name. I’m sure if I contacted CC I’d be able to track it down. But I don’t intend to have a relationship with him, I just wanted my phone! I hope this reaches other people who have had problems with CC. You are not alone.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
