What Brinks Home Security did:
I have been a customer for the past 10 years. I have not once renewed my contract, therefore it falls under month to month. I have called and sent chat requesting my account be closed. I have yet to receive the DocuSign email that initiates the cancelation process. It has been a week and 3 requests. No email.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
