Charter Spectrum Complaint

What Charter Spectrum did:
Husband lessened current package through Spectrum. In less than an hour, fees were recalibrated at a higher price, i.e. wire fee, miscellaneous fees. Et al. No description as to what these fees cover or why fees changed after lessening package. Turned in digital receivers and they upped Internet charge. Why? Also, we are wireless so why are we charged a wire fee on top of the @#$%&!? Shady practices, no explanations, and state attorney general is useless when assisting little guy. Assistance appreciated to take the air out of this monopolistic cable Goliath.
