What Santander Consumer USA did:
First my car was repord without notice and my wallet,I.D and EVERYTHING was in my car.It got repoed on 10/22/2022. I calked today on 10/24/2022 to try and negotiate a payment plan and i was told no by Charlotte because i only made one payment,ive fallen on financial hardship and a single mother/parent of 3.She told me i would have to pay off the whole loan or get it refinanced through a bank by November 6th.My car when i got it was like19,000 and now she talking about the payoff is 21,000 ,its not even worth that much,its a 2011 Chevy Malibu. I really need help as to what i should do and now i have no transportation to get to work or take my kids to school or headstart…And having to choose between rent or car note is a hard decision.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
