Charter Spectrum Complaint

What Charter Spectrum did:
Spectrum, regardless of repeat attempts to have fraudulent accounts opened using my social security number and personal information, continues to allow persons to open accounts without my knowledge or consent. These actors run bills up, take out equipment and leave astronomical bills in my name. Spectrum representatives tell me they can’t close the accounts and continue to let these actors have service at different addresses in my name.
