What Chime Bank did:
I was scammed out of rite around 15 thousand dollars and was locked out my account when I reported fraud the next morning I was locked out and I was sent about half the money that was in the chime account and I asked for my statements to b sent like they sent me half my money for months and they never sent they emailed me a link which brings me to the chime sign in page and obviously since I’m locked out I was not able to see the and I told them that I have all my convosations with them saved wen I originally noticed the money was gone I took screenshots luckily I have a lot of pics proving the money is missing and emails

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
