What Chime Bank did:
I explained to them that a company lied about giving me my refund back and told them I received no services and they are sending me in circles and keep denying me, stating that its out of their hands, its up to the merchant to decide to refund me and there is no one higher then them I can speak to.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
