What Santander Consumer USA did:
Recently, I, Kayla *****, was denied an extension of credit by SANTANDER CONSUMER USA INC, On October 08 & 21 for an AUTO LOAN. 15 USC 1602(G) The term “creditor” refers only to a person who both (1) regularly extends, whether in connection with loans, sales of property or services. CFPB 3.1.1 Furnisher Incentives and Disincentives Reporting to credit bureaus and other consumer reporting agencies by creditors is voluntary. I DID NOT CONSENT TO THAT AND IT WAS INVOLUNTARY. I DID NOT VOLUNTEER TO HAVE MY INFORMATION REPORTED. THIS IS A PRIVATE TRANSACTION.
