Charter Spectrum Complaint
What Charter Spectrum did:
On 9/23/2022, I bought a new cell phone, Google Pixel 6a. Around 9/28/2022, Hurricane Ian marched through Florida. Fed Ex was unable to deliver the new cell phone and returned it to Spectrum Shipping and Receiving 9/30/2022. It was received by one T ***** on 10/3/2022 at 9:23 am.
I have made numerous calls to Spectrum to resolve this issue and have a new phone sent out. All I’m told is, due to Ian, they are back logged and have no idea when the phone will be sent out.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
