Charter Spectrum Complaint

What Charter Spectrum did:
They keep tell me that my phone an my cable bill will be locked in. Yet once again im paying 80 a month. I wag supposed to be paying $50 locked in. Its never happened. Also theres more thing as well. Id rather if u all can give me a call. Also they lie about saying no taxes one payment every month. On there comercial.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
