Citibank Complaint

What Citibank did:
Citi sent me a promo offer to open checking & saving accounts. I opened both with total of $75,000. After a few weeks they blocked my accounts with no explanation. They said they would send checks but never did. Last week they said they sent the money to the state agency, i don’t know what agency. Very conflicting info from their horrendous telephone representatives. All my savings at risk. Very stressful and affecting my other life. Would like to sue for at least $45,000 damage on top of reclaiming my funds.
