What eBay did:
Ebay refunded a buyer that should not have been refunded. I’ve reached out to Ebay several times for help and have yet to receive any. I get the runaround, every representative I talk to gives me a different answer.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want my refund, plus the cost of negative bank account charges and the time spent speaking with Ebay reps.
