What Equifax did:
On Sept 18, 2022, I received a letter in the mail concerning the unauthorized inquiries on my account. Equifax did not provide me with the information that was asked for which is “can you provide me with a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information.” These are federal violations they are willfully not resolving and are not doing proper due diligence.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
To remove all unauthorized inquiries from my credit report.
