Fed choice federal credit union Collections Issues

What Fed choice federal credit union did:
This company has a charge that is false which resulted in a collection / charge off on my credit. I called Fed choice to get this issue resolved. And they told me it was an error and to contact the credit bureaus to get it removed.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

I would like to remove the inaccuracy off of my account. and to contact the Credit bureaus to let them know it has been removed. Also I would like them to reimburse me $1000 for “defamation of character”.
