What Amazon did:
Ive had funds from amazon seller account held for 4 months. They initially asked me to add a credit card for charge method even though i was on indiv selling plan. They then asked for new debit card for deposit acct which i added 3 different ones over time and 2 bank accts. Each time they stated the payments where not accepted by my bank even though i spoke with 2 of the banks and they said there was never a payment initaited or denied. Now it says my funds are held in reserve. The same thing happened in oct 2018 with another acct i had with approx $600 in it. That acct was eventually locked and i never recovered the money and have now been able to use my business name on amazon agin
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
