What Charter Spectrum did:
I’m paying $137 per month for constant non stop repeats of programs. Programs that are dated 10 to 15 years old. There was always ADS but now there is an explosion of ADS & programs are in the background. I’ve been a customer of Spectrum for many years. I can’t take it anymore. I stayed in to watch my 3. Favorite programs tonight 10/26/22 Chicago Med Chicago Fire & Chicago PD new session began last week for CPD season10 guess what
Tonight was a repeat 0MG such a disappointment. As for 90 Day Fiance
Non stop repeats. I’m not looking for money, just value. I intend to cancel my current payment as a refund. There is no ACCOUNTABILITY here. I have never missed. Payment I’m not getting any value for my money. I called many times but no seems to be able to do anything about No Value for My Money.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
