What CenturyLink did:
Lack of reliable phone service anywhere from 1 thru 47 days at least 10 times over the past year. But issue has been going on for over 7 years. I do not subscribe to cable or internet , I only have a land line service. I always pay my bill on full on time every time. I have documented records. I’ve only been compensated for lack of service the past 5 years. I’ve called the AZ Corporation Commission. Just think that my case worker, Mike, is only making my phone calls to centurylink instead of me to get the same results. All of the technicians that come to the house for repairs ALL say that the cables underneath the ground from the box in my backyard to the box at the end of the street are in desperate need of replacement due to being deteriorated.
My daughter Taunya is helping me file this complaint. I am elderly with serious and chronic health conditions. I am missing important phone calls messages and appointments and prescription medication refills from my primary doctor and my three medical specialist doctors and my medical insurance company and my pharmacies.
On my phone bill statements they advertise, “crystal clear RELIABLE service” in writing.
