What DoorDash did:
I’m a worker/dasher and have not been able to enroll in their (very clearly stated) visa savings edge program with the dasherdirect visa business card they issued me. i was lied to by a “supervisor” at dasherdirect who said it wouldn’t let me enroll because i was already enrolled. lie. i spoke to visa about this and they can’t figure out why my card wouldn’t be eligible and THERE IS NO ACCOUNT like dasher support stated.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
