DoorDash Complaint

What DoorDash did:
Ive been ordering from doordash a while. For like 2 years Ive been having to submit tickets and talk to a customer service rep in order to get proper service. And most times I never get compensated for my order. Im not rich, nor have emotional stability for them to keep stealing my money. Reason Im contacting you guys today because I need someone to help file a small claim suit to at least get something back from all the times doordash stealed from me.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
