Charter Spectrum Complaint

What Charter Spectrum did:
Attempted to transfer my cell phone number. Number was not successfully ported since October 18th. I have called them multiple times, been promised results and nothing has happened. I am told my issues has been expedited 7 times and yet I do not receive promised call backs and now I have a temporary phone number where I get calls about unpaid bills from the previous phone number owner
